Microohm Meter LoRe

The con­di­tion of an elec­tri­cal junc­tion can be deter­mined direct­ly via the resis­tor. One of the largest influ­ences of the sta­tus of the junc­tions is the qual­i­ty of assem­bly, that deter­mines the residu­el life­time. By mea­sur­ing the con­nec­tion resis­tance with the LoRe microohm­me­ter, a pre­ven­tive mea­sure can be tak­en against poor junc­tions before commissioning.

Infrared Guard

The cause of fail­ing junc­tions is the con­nec­tion resis­tance which, depend­ing on the cur­rent load, caus­es the con­nec­tion to heat up. The infrared guard is an online sys­tem to detect crit­i­cal junc­tions to avoid fail­ures in elec­tri­cal instal­la­tions dur­ing oper­a­tion. Our online mea­sur­ing sys­tem guards the tem­per­a­ture of the junc­tions and gives infor­ma­tion about the con­di­ton at the same time. If the tem­per­a­ture is reach­ing a spe­cif­ic lim­it­ing val­ue a sta­tus sig­nal is gen­er­at­ed accord­ing to its importance.
